J’ai télécharger l’application je n’arrive pas à l’ouvrir ?

I am absolutely not willing to be hateful, and I just want to give my most honest opinion on this app. I think it’s wonderful to be able to find what you need from people all around the world, and I found the precise bike I wanted so I am grateful for that. Now for the fun part ! This is the worst message system I ever saw on a professional app, and I used a lot of apps in my life. I am myself a software developer and I can say that I am amazed that they put so much effort into preventing you to communicate in any other way than through this awful message system. I asked for more pics/vids to the professional trying to sell his bikes and what a odyssey it was. I fought the entire moderation system just to give the guy my number so that he can send me more pics… The whole system protects users from being scammed and I get that, and I intend on making the whole transaction through the app because yeah everybody gets its share I get it. But please for the love of god just make a working message system. Your messages may be sent in a random order, appear above the ones that were previously sent. The messages are sometimes not the same between your phone app and the website. I contacted the support and they told me that the communication was entirely possible (wise choice of word, because it is indeed possible, but not pleasant in ANY way). They threatened to ban my account several times because I was violating their terms of use by trying to communicate my phone number. In the end I just phone called the company selling the bike and the communication was way easier that way. So this is a message for the developers of this app, please listen to this honest feedback and juste make some GitHub tickets about fixing your message system because I honestly think it is a flaw that prevents you from being a perfect clean app. Anyway if you read that thank you for your time and have a great day !

L’application Buycycle propose un concept intéressant, mais les délais liés au transport manquent cruellement de transparence. Entre l’envoi de l’emballage par Buycycle au vendeur, le délai de collecte du vélo, et enfin le transport jusqu’à l’acheteur, les étapes sont longues. Il est difficile d’obtenir une visibilité précise sur les délais, ce qui peut être frustrant pour les utilisateurs. De plus, les tarifs de transport sont élevés. Une meilleure communication seraient grandement appréciées.

L'appli est bourré de bug qui rendent sont utilisation infernale mais les vélos se vendent bien

Positif, réponds rapidement, suivi efficace, et cordial..

J’ai envoyer mon vélo complet il me l’ont renvoyer avec des pièce manquante et en annulant la vente soit disant pour « non conformité à l’annonce »alors qu’il a été envoyé complet et je l’ai récupérer avec des pièces manquantes comme l’axe de roue arrière , dérailleur cassé et selle coupé et il se dédouane de tout je déconseille vivement .

Impossible de mettre en vente un vélo en dessous 2019 et encore moins de taper la référence exacte du modèle. Application limitée au vélo récent dommage

Bonjour , je ne trouve la catégorie vélo Beach Race sur votre application. Des compétitions officielles sont pourtant fréquentes dans le Nord de la France Belgique et pays bas

Super site pour acheter des vélos d’occasion, prix imbattable et filtres très nombreux. J’ai acheté un vélo dessus avant la création de l’application et aujourd’hui je roule tous les jours avec. Sinon petit problème pour ajouter notre vélo, quand un sélectionne une gamme il n’y a que quelques vélos qui apparaissent. Il manque aussi la fonction de tri des résultats
