回覆慢到嘔，唔理解點解可以冇電話客服負責聯絡處理問題，線上客服要一個鐘先收到回覆，可以叫人去攞貨但係唔俾提貨密碼我主要我屋企附近冇攞貨點只可以去遠啲，去到攞貨即時搵唔到人仲要冇理由返屋企等通知再去多次。完全就係服務質素欠佳

個件派左4日都無入庫，CS唔覆，覆都是果句叫你等。個app日日賣廣告仲唔關得，垃圾！

its great if u have something u want to buy from overseas and ship to HK, I use it mainly for things in the US which does not provide forward shipping to HK. also great for taking advantage of price differences and selection cross border.

最近 搬倉會延誤唔預先通知，集運需時由7-10日變成21日起。 攪到一鑊粥跟住加價🤬 以往經驗 冬天試過曬溶朱古力 之前集運一個四四正正嘅紙箱，嚟到可以壓到扁晒！入邊啲貨當然爛晒！同CS 講，話賠$100積分比我以後用，仲要話係特別額外安排俾我！ 真係火都嚟， 我過往經BNS 起碼運咗累計4噸貨，會唔會稀罕嗰區區$100呀！ 再向CS 投訴 結果影都無！

以前三日左右就到，而家起碼一個禮拜，再咁落去搵第間

Undoubtedly the app the user friendly, easy to track my order status, however, whenever I am attracted by the notification and clicked into the app, updates needed and have to find a way to locate where the post is.
