I like everything about BnS except for the fact that you have to make two addresses if you want to choose either DDU or DDP. This is honestly bad UI. The best way would be is to have an option before checkout to choose if the user wants DDU or DDP, not to separately make a new address that has the option of DDU or DDP. Any good developer would have done this.
So happy with this service and app is so easy to use!
My Order status indicating that the package is en route to customer is missing. It should come after Ready for Delivery and before Order Completed. It would be nice to track the shipment also. Other than this, this app is excellent.
Never use this app if you will buy a cosplay prop because they will let you discard the item and they won’t even refund the shipping fee that you have paid. Every process in this app takes too long and the customer service can’t really help at all, feels like I’m talking to a robot with zero empathy. I love buying in taobao and this is the only app that I know so I have no choice but to just use it 😌

Customer service is not helpful. Takes a lot of time just to answer questions or resolve problems.
Very disappointed, the weight is not accurate that’s why before you consolidate it try to double check the weight of your items.
