Scam App don’t use it

Poor customer care support, I regret trading with Bybit.. over 4 days now my P2P trading is still on pending after appealing customer care didn’t reply or do anything about it.

Scam

The bybit app does not seems safe enough. First of all, it has no customer services and the only agent they had in chat they respond every two hours one message and tell you we only can guide you and nothing else. The worst customer services that I had seen in my life. How you can trust an app that agent don’t reply to you if they don’t want? If they don’t like they cancel the chat with you. Beside it, when there be some urgent case they never find solution, only solution is emailing which sometimes takes month to reply. One guys took my 599 usd in P2P and when I went to chat they told me it is your problem go and email. It is a month I emailed and got no response. It is really kidding its clients.

Ситуация сложилась таким образом - Сделал перевод на тот момент я так думал что одной сетью . Но проблема в том что основная сеть переводов Chiliz chain(Cap20) этой монеты на всех остальных биржах ,но байбит используют chiliz legasy chain, и у них не было никаких уведомленией опознавательных знаков ка Кан других биржах (сар20) Я пока что не буду ставить оценки пока не дождусь ответа от поддержки, но проблема в том что поддержка вечно занята, и достучатся до живой тех поддержки сложно. В Основном это робот который перенаправляет задавая вопросы в конечном итоге дает ссылку на поддержку на сайте. Жду ответа уже примерно неделю ,на мою заявку,надеюсь они мне помогут решить эту проблему .
