I hate to be that guy who throw bad reviews to companies, but they made me do it! this is my first 1 star review ever. Kucoin support is the worst ever, they copy paste their answers. They probably using google translate too, and they don't even bother to investigate your problem. They will just throw that automated text on you and thats it. **he was an agent** Im glad i deleted my account with them before getting my account verification approved. *Never coming back again*
This app appears to be run by a group of scammers. They were trying to deceive me into sending money that I would not be able to withdraw. I don’t trust this company. Additionally they refused to delete my account and I believe they may be stealing peoples IDs during the “verification”. I searched online for “KuCoin money laundering” and found out that the people running this company have arrest warrants out for them. Can’t say I am surprised.
KuCoin, in partnership with FractonX, has decided to delist the HIMEEBIS token from its platform. Despite selling this token to numerous users, KuCoin is not providing a fair resolution for affected customers. Unless users are unwilling to swap the token for USDT, the responsible approach to protect customers' funds would have been to automatically convert the token to USDT at its last trading value. Instead, KuCoin is requiring users to withdraw the token, even though they know that no other platform supports it. This decision leaves many users in a difficult position and highlights a significant failure to safeguard their interests
They don’t care about customers who using they’re app I was trying to verify my account it’s been 6 days I submitted 2 tickets I tried to talk multiple times They’re stupid system They hire bot stupid very stupid I didn’t hear anything from them While I’m writing reviews Stay away from them
Applied to get verified over a month ago & it’s been radio silence.. smh. Crypto.com had this done in 3 days. Customer service is awful too. Couldn’t imagine waiting this long if I had an actual problem to resolve.
More than $22,000 was stolen from my account, I am trying to contact them but they are not being supportive. KuCoin, if you don’t give me back my money and the profit that was lost also. I will be going to the American and Canadian news I have family that work in that industry and they will be More than happy to expose you.
When you unstake the coin it takes forever to unstake. Other apps coin is available right after unstaking. This app shows redeeming coin forever. Coin dropped in price then I can’t sell the coin. Lost all gains.
Difficile d’utilisation
I’m using last version of the app and iOS, all notifications are on, but I never receive any new order p2p notifications. They are silent and hidden, so most of time I’m getting notified by email. No notifications on Apple Watch as well. Fix it please!
I transferred my XRP from binance to KuCoin and it never got credited. KuCoin said they don’t have XRP on KuCoin. I sent them screenshots to show them they have it. I’m deleting my account I think KuCoin is not legitimate
