Horrible app

holweg on

United States

I depend on being able to access my banking info on the fly. You can't even call the bank on the weekend. This app hasn't worked for DAYS, almost a week! Shame on you!!!

Can open app

Kinza12600 on

United States

Every couple weeks I have the same problem. It says downloading updates or can’t connect. Which means I can see how much money I’ve got left in my account. I have two different accounts and I need my app so I can transfer money from my savings account to my regular account because I only have a card for my regular account. I need money for gas and I can get on the app to switch money over.

Log in problems

Clyde73ooooo on

United States

The entire point of having face identification is that I don’t have to remember or write down a password and ever time this app has a problem I can’t log in. They need to rewrite the app and remove all the outdated software and permanently fix the app.
