Most of the previous reviews have stated my same issues, but the worst is you cannot cancel a signup if your schedule changes!

Truly love this club. Started using back in 2010. Then when Covid closed everything down I got away from 2019 till 2024. Came back and the entire staff and instructors are all awesome. Club is as clean as ever. Equipment fresh as well. Lots of other improvements like the app for class sign ups. Also the members themselves are great. Value is unbelievable as well. Win win

The search for class option, which is the only reason to use the app, is useless for members who attend locations other then where they signed up. No way to save your preferences for which clubs to search. System freezes if you select more than 4 clubs. Classes and instructors are not listed alphabetically - is there any order at all? And you can’t search unless you type in the exact name (including any capitals) and only searches the first word. Search goes away if you click out of it. Selecting any filters is so slow to load. Please fix.

Can’t add my membership card to apple wallet, most of the app functions are paywalled through in-club purchases, really no reason for most people to have this app.

This is inefficient and asks for sensitive information. You shouldn’t require your members to participate in this.

Can’t login. Try to send email to reset login and didn’t receive. Try to email support and the link is broken.

The new look is great, but no matter what I do, I can’t get the club class schedules to show to sign up. They tried helping me at the desk, but to no luck. I’ve deleted and downloaded the app several times and no change. It’s pretty frustrating.

Can’t sign up for classes

Less than an improvement – – five steps back to AB circa 2010. All I want is an app that lets me search for classes, and know the pool schedule, & have easy access to my barcode. I don’t need or want to share my workout data, my personal information, like height and weight, etc. Just an app that makes using the gym easier.
