Poor UX for advanced workflows, for example: reschedule Simple stuff and straight away booking is fine

Calendly is my favourite of all the tech in my business. It’s easy, functional and does more than I expected for live events, with great workflow messaging and texting. I rave about it and think it is excellent value!

It keeps doubling up on my coaching sessions, making a mess out of my schedule:(

Amazing app. It makes my life so much easier !

So much for what was advertised and sold as no limit on the text messages and the. Putting just 250 text message per seat.

I’d like to be able to edit the details of the person that has booked me. Once the meeting has been scheduled, I don’t seem to be able to change it so if they make a mistake with their email or phone number - that’s it… I have to cancel them and do it manually

For the past year I have been using Calendly for scheduling client and business meetings. It works seamlessly and I have not had a single issue. It saves me a huge amount of time and inconvenience and is one of my favourite pieces of software.

It is one of the best apps for scheduling events.

Good experience with mobile

I’m a real estate photographer. I’ve managed to get all my clients to book jobs through calendar. It’s great. I just wish it was a bit customisable in certain areas ie adding time based on questions answered in booking or changing the name of the appointment to an answered question rather than just the names of the people in the booking
