Calendly Mobile

I absolutely love this app. It is very efficient for my small business and makes my life much easier. However, the recent update doesn't allow the app to fit my iPhone screen. It appears too large for the screen and I am unable to see the dates on the left-hand side. Please fix this as soon as possible.

The most recent update as of July 15 2024 is the best so far!!! I use this app almost daily to schedule appointments. The new update makes things more efficient now when rescheduling appointment. There’s also a “Contacts” tab which shows you their email and how many appointments you’ve scheduled with them.

Calendly is streamlined, quick, free, reliable, aesthetic, professional, awesome!

I received a job interview request directing me to choose a time/date. Only the calendar section to choose from had a big banner saying no events this month. I couldn’t select anything. For two days, I poked around trying to find what I was missing. In the top right corner was a tiny banner saying “Powered by Calendly”. I found I could click on it and set up a Calendly account. Do I did. I clicked on the appointment scheduler, and created an appointment. Great, I’m thinking. Only to go back later and realize that all I had done is eat up an appointment with myself, not with the interviewer. I’ve never had an experience like this with any other scheduling tool!

This system is one of the best scheduling systems that I’ve used. I love that I’m able to receive notifications directly to my devices, so I’m never missing a beat. I would highly recommend this scheduler especially for freelancers and entrepreneurs, like myself, who service many different clients. If one is just starting out and only offering one type of event, the free option is perfect to get started. As business grows, the benefits of the paid subscription is perfect! Event emails and reminders, etc.

On mobile web, bugs where you can’t scroll, pages zoom way in, can’t integrate zoom, google 2FA keeps not authorizing. Download the app to try to resolve… app us just the mobile browser sure again. Honestly useless

This platform SAVED my sanity when scheduling guests to come on my podcast !

I love Calendly and have been using it for years. I love the new upgrade especially. I’d give 4.5 stars if I could But the one thing missing is if someone doesn’t show up for an appointment I would like a workflow once I mark them as a no-show. There are all other work flows available but not that. Please make this an option
