I had 4 CALEX light bulbs and bought 10 more CALEX bulbs, intending to install the first 3 in the same room. After installing them, I received a message stating, "this account has been suspended for illegal operations." What's illegal about installing 3 light bulbs? I still have 7 more to install. I spent a lot of money on 14 bulbs, and now I can't use them? Disappointing, very poor quality of service!

Apple home ?

I deleted from the app the shortcuts from “tap to rub” , now I can’t see a “+” to add it again . Is there a way I can get the shortcut and install\add it?

One of the most usefully feature was removed: revert switch/toggle switch status from Launch Tap-to-run actions. Please fix this issue. Thanks!

Dont buy lights from CALEX, worst system ever. With every f app update, you have to install all your lights again, which always doesnt work or suddenly the wifi cant be found which wasnt an issue before. I cannot use my kitchen light for days not as it only flickers when turned on. I have used other brands which function way better.

Met enige regelmaat moet je de lampen opnieuw resetten omdat de app ze kwijt is. Knipperen dan op z’n aller felst. Nu krijg ik ze niet meer opnieuw toegevoegd. Besloten weer gewoon ouderwetse lampen te kopen die normaal aan gaan als je ze aanzet en niet 2 avonden kost om vervolgens geen licht te hebben.

Camera makkelijk te bevestigen, software is in het Nederlands maar niet gemakkelijk. Gelukkig is er een fantastisch hulpteam om je verder te helpen.
