Birthday in December and this is what I want a fellow hello from the North Pole community in who I believe SANTA Yess thank you for such an app it looks really realistic

Primero me cobraron y luego pésimo permiso

Couldn’t access the already-paid premium pass

This app did NOT work with my account at all. I paid $20 for it, and tried accessing the videos and perks a few days before Christmas. Apple shows that it was fully paid, but the app did not allow any access to my Premium Magic Pass features at all! I was only able to message a chat-bot, and received irrelevant tips/advice from an automated email. I’m highly disappointed that my children missed out on Santa this year because of a failed app, and do not recommend this at all. It was the absolute worst customer service assistance and waste of money. Merry fng Christmas.

Not what it used to be

I have used this service since it started and I loved the videos for my kids. This year I purchased a one time video and gift tag for Christmas Eve. I couldn’t find a way to access either item without buying the subscription. Since it’s Christmas Day and still couldn’t get the full personalized video I am searching for a refund. Yet that too is a big issue because there isn’t an easy way to find how to request it! So sad how automated this has become. It was perfect just the way it was.

Terrible app

Used to be great - hard to use now!

Videos are difficult to share

I’ve just had a number of difficulties with the app and sharing videos. Not sure I will use it again next year.

False & Inaccurate

This is the second time I have purchased the app, the first year it was amazing but this year was Terrible!!! I made multiple videos and the wrong information was read out including location and state and that ruined the whole experience. Afterwards I double checked accuracy and re made the video to again get incorrect country state and location.

It’s not working this Christmas Eve :(

I’ve loved this app for many years. Out kiddos have enjoyed the video creations and I’ve always been impressed with the “new” videos to choose from each year. Unfortunately, this year was a dud. Ive always paid for the Premium Magic Pass, but this year will be my last. The app keeps crashing and the videos aren’t playing. It’s Christmas Eve and the magical moment isn’t going to happen. So bummed.
