Very easy to use and great access to info.
I like this app more than others I have tried as it very visual. The little graphics are easy to follow and you can add as much or as little data as you wish. I have been losing weight gradually with this and so have been able to actually stick with it. I particularly like the glycemic index and vitamin data with it as I need to monitor both of those. Overall a winner or me.

Great to have an app that works with UK measurements
Finally i have found a food and carb tracker which has the ability to run with UK measures and ingredients. This app seems to be easy to look up and add food, create recipes and attractive to use. Takes a little while to set up but after that its so straightforward compared to some of the other apps i have tried along these lines and generally it has been a real faff to find British foods.
Only disadvantage is that its not ready for the iPhone 6 yet which is a real pain as i am trying to reduce the technology i carry in my handbag! Maybe the developers will address this soon (please). ;)
