Search Features:
• CALD will understand and find a word from any grammatical form

Rip off

Haven’t shown one definition and already asks to purchase 12.99£ licence, I don’t know if I like app over just going to dictionary in browser. That’s what I got on my first search: To see this definition, purchase the dictionary using the link above. You can preview any of the definitions below for free: so no thanks. Deleting this app.

Absolutely useless

The most useless app on the App Store. The information is already free on the net and on your website so why would I pay! However this is English everything about charge and money and tax.

Not syncing favourites to iCloud

I lost all the favourite words by changing my phone. Absolutely horrific that this app does not allow me to sign in with a email or link iCloud to sync all the favourites. Apps needed a real update as it’s interface looks awful!

Withholds information until purchased

I'm more than sure it's illegal to withhold public information for personal gain. let me check the legislation for dictionaries, you may have to pay it all back however much that is. app will be reported.

Don’t download

You have to pay to can use it, however we have free access on the official website.

Problem downloading

I’ve bought this dictionary but I can’t download it. When I press download it starts downloading but then stops. Could you help me please?

Get Merriam-Webster instead

Not worth purchasing, workflow’s confusing and vocab range is quoted limited I can go thru Shakespeare with M-W but not this one

Outdated

When will the next update show up? It’s not a bad app. Just a little outdated.

App from 90s

the worst dictionary that I ever used. No subscription section even to manage. When you buy premium package you even do bit understand what changed. They only have Cambridge name and selling it without having a proper base.

Why shall I pay you again?

I have already purchased this dictionary but it seems I have to pay you again in order to use it. Is this even legal?
