Application is doing great, but the audio of the camera is not working. Please let us know what happened or do we need to do something

Mine Stopped working after 1 week

At first it was woking perfectly! fast and clear. but then after a week it stopped working one by one. i have three cameras at home but now all of it can not connect. i hope the developer will do something.

之前一直是用邮箱登入的，现在换了手机要重新登入，可是一直要我用手机号码登入，怎么办？
