Update made navigation hard
Recently, the app was updated and navigating up, down and sideways is the worst. It was way better before. I hope the developers will fix this.

- Renewal Service:The event recording can be saved for a maximum of 10 days, and the Continuous recording can be saved for a maximum of 30 days,30-day overwriting Renewal storage plan
- Renewal period:one month
- Renewal price: The first month experience price is 0.99 USD/month, and the next month starts at 3.99 USD/month
- Payment: after confirming the subscription, your Apple ID account will be debited;
- Cancel renewal:If you cancel the renewal, please manually turn off the automatic renewal function in the iTunes/AppleID settings management 24 hours before the current subscription period expires. Ads problem
Putting ads and buying there products is annoying
Log in issue
Always need to log in which is unecessary, also pop up ads make this app look cheap. I purchase the device to be updated in my home. I dont need any of the ads always popping up. Wish did not purchase the device
Bombarded with Ads.
You paid for the hardware and get to suffer with a lot of popup ads.
Super slow and keeps you logging in…
This serves its purpose as a cctv. However every time you close the app it doesn’t remember the login details plus it is super slow when opening the ads and loading etc… From my personal experience I would personally suggest TAPO cctv instead of V380…

overall good
so useful although it hate the pop advertising so annoying. also the screen every time you open it loading
Annoying ads & Keeps logging out
It is a great app. I like it, it does it’s purpose. However, it doesn’t have the capability to remember my login. So I have to login every now and then, plus the login screen has annoying pop up ads, which is actually irrelevant. I mean, you got your own product why would you put an ad to your app?
