Difficult to navigate
We stay at a few different campgrounds that we book through Campspot, none are the same. 364 days, 370 days and 365 Days. We wanted to book for next year, the start date was within the 364 days but because our end date was past the 370 days the site would not allow us to book. The site we wanted was available, however, because we had to wait for the end date to be within the parameters of the 370 days by the time we were able to book the site was already booked for part of the time we wanted it. Because we like to stay for two weeks we can never book our sites on CampSpot, we either have to visit in person or phone. The end date should be the start date, for example, today is August 14, 2023, we want to book for next year from August 10 to August 17, but we can’t because our end date is beyond 365 days. The parameters should be within 379 days. One other point, the reservation fees are different at all three locations we like to book, the fees range from $3-$7.50. We wanted to change our site a day after we booked for a year in advance, the charge for doing this was $9, $3 for the original reservation, $3 to cancel that reservation and $3 to make the new reservation. All this being said, all three campgrounds are very good to excellent, the staff at all three do everything within their power to make our stay a pleasant one.
