Connecting to phone is difficult
Very hard and difficult to connect to wifi at home, no proper instructions or booklet come with the box when purchase the printers, user has search YouTube or call hotline on how to set up wifi connection and how to print from phone/tablet. Each time turn on the printer, I have re-set up the wifi connections again. Canon print app so outdated.
Ease of use
Setting up to the wifi network may be tough as there isn’t proper instruction showing it how to be done. Did google search and manage to find how to do it, once setup, just connect tot he printer OWN wifi network to print.

Good printer
When I first installed the app I had trouble but once I started, it was useful
Cannot print documents now!
Used to be able to print documents!
Slow to start, ink cartridge runs out fast
The printer takes too long to start. It seems to be low on ink even after a short while, and I hardly print out documents. The Epson printer never seems to run out of ink but cannot do double sided printing. Printer designs are deliberately done with a view to making consumers waste money on paper or ink or other supplies. There is no universal consensus on the cartridge design or paper loading style. This is business competition making the life of consumers difficult.
Review for my Canon Printer E3370.
It is easy to set up and easy to use.
Stopped working for my G3010 printer
Previous version allowed me to print documents to my G3010 from my iPhone. Latest version only allows AirPrint which the G3010 does not support. Terrible app support for an otherwise good printer. This will be the last Canon printer I am getting. It’s mobile app is really lacking behind the competition.
