The app won’t let me finish the registration. The button simply doesn’t work, nothing happens

Just use and delete. This is another app that just wants your data

I am loving this app so much!! I have had the chance to use it in the AGO, in Little Canada and attended a wonderful performance in the Meridian Theatre. Everything has been amazing and free thanks to Canoo!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

The animals are limited

I used couple times recently. I mean museum is easy to access this. But for some is always have trouble. The agent always try to help. But it will not convenient for users. So I hope the software developers could continue to develop this App. On the another hand, we also hope could work more event and places for free. And open to 2 years instead 1 year. Everyone too busy now, even registered it, and no time to travel.

As many others have mentioned, registration is incredibly difficult due to scanning my document. After about an hour I got lucky and it finally scanned. Excitedly, I opened the app only to find that the text continues down the screen without the ability to scroll down and read it. 🤦🏼‍♀️ This is infuriating.

Amazing place with kind and dedicated staff! I really appreciated! Thank you Canoo for free entrance in great place like Little Canada for 1 year!

The app crashed and i restarted it but the whole app is a black screen. Please fix it

Despite multiple follow-up emails over the past three weeks, my queries remain unanswered. This lack of response is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. While I understand your team may be small, a three-week delay in addressing my concerns is not excusable. Your disregard for my repeated attempts to contact you is just the opposite of good customer service. Guess the developer skipped the testing phase!!!
