Wow, recently purchased the Spectral ON CF 8,what a ripper!

I wanted to try the app but it won’t open. It’s updated but it’s not working

The company has some serious issues. I purchased a bike and it arrived with a defective rear derailleur mount. They couldn’t just ship me a replacement. I had to completely return the bike, and deal with a refund to then have to place a new order for the same bike. Terrible experience all around.

Es mi primera bicicleta doble suspensión y quizás no tengo punto de comparación,sin embargo, vi muchos videos de cantidades de marcas hasta que me decidí por esta y no me arrepiento. La bici es hermosa, de excelente calidad, diseño moderno y lo mejor es la relación calidad - precio tomando en consideración todos sus componentes.

nah…. bike bosch motor clicks and lights flash off/on during charge cycle or when powering on. There is little to no online support. No manual of what happens if you get such error symptoms. Can’t login to online account because password reset process just loops. When you do get the link to change password the new password simply does not work. Reading several comments that people wished they bought anything else through LBS.

Could not be more happier with this purchase. The bike is extremely solid along with the components how could you go wrong. This is my second bike from Canyon, I also have the Grail gravel bike which is also excellent!!!!
