I love Canyons

I love Canyons and I would really like to have one of my own but I just don’t have enough money. But this app can tell you the right fit for myself. I can also see how much money I will need in order to get my own Canyon. I would really like a Canyon for free.

The app is completely useless if you got your Canyon bike outside Europe. It doesn’t support serial numbers from outside Europe.

Very disjointed site.

App is very random and difficult to navigate.

App not connecting with Spectral ON

As with previous reviewer , new Spectral ON will not connect with Canyon app. Tried all troubleshooting suggestions but nothing works. Disappointing!!!

The app doesn’t connect to the e-bike

Just brought an brand new spectral cf e-bike and was hoping to connect to the gps and security alerts on my phone, but no matter what I do the app won’t connect. This feature was a key selling point for me over other bikes with similar specs. This bike is great it’s just a disappointment the I can’t use all the features that the bike apparently has to offer, which made me make the purchase over another bike.

Unable to connect

I got a 2023 Spectral:On CF8 with GPS (amazing bike not so amazing app) The app completely fails to connect to the GPS unit on the bike no matter what I do. Speaking to support there is a bug with the app? Disappointing as I think it’d be a useful feature.

Bike not supported 🤷🏼‍♂️

Downloaded the app, signed up for an account, restarted the app, scanned my bikes QR code only to find it’s not supported. This app is useless to me then 👎🏻
