Can’t redemption the points for the things you purchased

But the receipt capture and cropping should be improved
No 6-number code received; cannot sign up at all
Was actually excited to start accumulating points and I have the receipts ready, but then the app wants to verify my mobile number by sending a 6-number code. It’s usually not a problem except that the code didn’t arrive. Tried tapping resend; tried signing up again; but everything can’t work. Tried contacting support but it’s not working too. Please fix your app!!!
