So you click on the “get $2 off on your next visit within 14 days for joining” reward and it says to show the code to the cashier within 14 minutes to redeem. But if you’ve already placed your order and paid for it in the app, the cashier tells you they can’t redeem your code for you since you already paid. So the 14 minutes runs out and the coupon expires. Completely dumb.
Have trued multiple times over a few months to download app. Every time I delete and reinstall Capprioti’s App, I get a Location message that immediately locks App.
App does not work. Tried 2x to login and app freezes
What kind of Neanderthal payment portal/interface are you incorporating into this app? Where’s the Apple Pay? C’mon Capriotti’s!

The app won’t let me redeem my rewards anymore, neither online nor in the store. Mentioned it to the guy in the store and he said everyone is having that problem.
It took me quite a few orders to realize that the tip within the app is going to the sandwich shop and not the delivery driver on delivery orders. I confirmed with Capriotti’s customer support that there is no option to tip the delivery driver in the app. Sorry delivery drivers. Back to using Uber Eats.
Able to use $3 survey codes in the app or online for a while second half of 2022, but late in year that all ended. Extremely difficult to even login, especially on the web. Suddenly, the $3 codes would not be accepted, tru thru today. They just will not work. So, I’m deleting the app out of endless frustration with it AND the website. Neither work unless you like ALWAYS paying full price. I cannot afford to do that…
I’ve deleted it, redownloaded it. Nothing works. The app refuses to count my points. If I take a picture I get the same “oops it’s taking longer then expected to find your receipt…” if I enter it manually I get an “oops, something went wrong”. At this point my last 5-7 sandwiches haven’t counted for points. I’d easily be to a free sandwich by now if it wasn’t for this stupid app.
