Supported scanners
- Canon imageFORMULA DR-C230/ DR-C240/ DR-M140/ DR-M160II/ DR-M260/ DR-M1060 (either optional NA10 or WA10 unit is required)
- Canon imageFORMULA DR-C225WII/ DR-S150/ DR-S130/ R50
- WU10 is no longer supported. If you are using WU10, please continue to use CaptureOnTouch Mobile V3.1.7 or earlier.
- To use this version, the DR-C225W users need to update the firmware of the scanner by using a personal computer.

- Document side (Simplex/ Duplex/ Skip Blank Page)
- Resolution (150 dpi/ 300 dpi)
- Scanning mode (Color/ Grayscale/ Black and White)
- Document Size (A4 / LETTER / Auto-detection / Auto-detection by Text)

V4.1.1 doesn’t work with WU-10

I used the Cannon P-215 II with the App and the Wifi adapter (Canon WU10) happily in before 2021. However since then I can no longer connect to the scanner via the App.

No working. Very frustrating. Customer Support does not know how to make it work

Scanner not found

I was able to print on WiFi fron my phone without this app. I then wanted to scan something so I downloaded it. But the app can’t find my scanner. Very frustrating.

Poor apps and printer support

If l could give it no star! Do not waste time down loading this as a new app available which does work look for ‘Canon print, inkjet selphy’ App does not connect to expensive pixima printer/scanner. Canon dropped support for scan to email thought there own server So now printer only offers scan to USB device, but it does not have a USB port? Please never buy Canon products as software is rubbish and support is non existent

Does not work at all!

Since upgrading to 13.2 it does not work at all and when you open the app it instantly closes. I wish this company would update their apps!

Fine but less functionality than with USB

Found the scanner easily enough. Offers options of simple shortcut presets or to customise the scan job. Two disappointments. It doesn’t recognise text on exported PDF documents and it takes a long time after pressing scan to actually do the scanning. Both of these problems might be more of an issue with the actual scanner than the app (it’s an imageFORMULA DR-C225W II).

Can’t find the printer/scanner. Wasted my time.
