Not possible to use with iphone

I have no idea how this software came out from a Q/A its beyond broken Unknown error , scanner in use by another user (bug) , overall very slow to do simple things Canon should really replace this app with something functional for a 500€ scanner this is unacceptable .

I used the Cannon P-215 II with the App and the Wifi adapter (Canon WU10) happily in before 2021. However since then I can no longer connect to the scanner via the App.

I was able to print on WiFi fron my phone without this app. I then wanted to scan something so I downloaded it. But the app can’t find my scanner. Very frustrating.

Just will not connect...

If l could give it no star! Do not waste time down loading this as a new app available which does work look for ‘Canon print, inkjet selphy’ App does not connect to expensive pixima printer/scanner. Canon dropped support for scan to email thought there own server So now printer only offers scan to USB device, but it does not have a USB port? Please never buy Canon products as software is rubbish and support is non existent

Since upgrading to 13.2 it does not work at all and when you open the app it instantly closes. I wish this company would update their apps!

Found the scanner easily enough. Offers options of simple shortcut presets or to customise the scan job. Two disappointments. It doesn’t recognise text on exported PDF documents and it takes a long time after pressing scan to actually do the scanning. Both of these problems might be more of an issue with the actual scanner than the app (it’s an imageFORMULA DR-C225W II).
