Not worth it
Why pay while your car manufacturers gives you an app and all info for free, this app not free and expensive . For what it is . Ford pass does it all if not better .
Look into the app before you buy
I committed to the year subscription because my 2020 honda crv was advertised as a compatible vehicle on the app which is NOT true. They show all vehicle make and models but only support a few select vehicles such as bmw and audi. I have reached out to them multiple times about a refund with proof that my car is NOT compatible and received nothing back. Make sure you read the fine print before you waste your money.

This is the worst APP doesn’t let me sign in, it says the email is not correct so how they sent me an email when they charged me the money, I asked for a refund, apple say should be Ok, then this scammers said that is eligible for refund, I already hate them
Useless
You don’t need to waste your $ with this app. Your phone already can do 90% of the app’s features without the app
Rip Off
You have no way of knowing if your car is compatible with the app until you’ve paid for it. Then you find out like I did with my 2025 Ram truck, that it’s not. I deleted the app with 10 min. I couldn’t get Apple to refund my money. The company contacted me and all I got was “Sorry, it should be compatible in the near future.” But no refund. RIP OFF!
Not user friendly
Not explaining or how to use just wanting money without any explanation of features
Does not work with Honda accord
I downloaded the app, not knowing it did not work with my model of the Honda Accord. You have to subscribe first, once I found out I cancelled my subscription but they still charged me for the year. I want my money back
