Great for Artists
It’s important to know this app is still in beta, and can be very slow, buggy, and sometimes crash. That being said, it has amazing potential as a social platform for artists! the portfolio tab solves many issues with wanting a professional versus experimental feed. By choosing to categorize something as for the portfolio or just for the timeline, you can separate your professional work from your experiments without needing to create a new account.
I think the job tab is a great idea, and as Cara grows as a platform, I think it will be an excellent way for artists to discover work and for employers to find workers. Good luck Cara team!

You can’t delete your account!
Do NOT join this app if you don’t plan to use it definitely, because you cannot delete your account after! The delete account system is so ridiculous and doesn’t even work. I been trying for the 30 minutes to figure own to delete my account but it just won’t let me. This is so ridiculous and useless that you have to fill a Google form but you still can’t delete your account after? Correct your app!
Concept is good!
Like the other reviewers here have said, it is really slow because it is still a beta, but I’m really excited for this concept and am eager to see where this app will go and how it’ll help artists! Thank you Cara! Can’t wait to see this app fleshed out and functioning at its best!

Hope to see improvements
As of now it isnt awesome and there are quite a few issues like it wont let me post images (ive seen others with this problem soon) but i like the idea a lot and cant wait to see the app improve
Potential but slow
So far I like the tools and interface of the app for artists! My issue with it though is the constant “server error” and “network issue” pop-ups it makes it slow and frustrating to post or update. I understand this is still in beta but please fix this problem!

i understand that it’s in beta and just starting out, but an app is only as good as its function — and i can’t post anything. server times out constantly and no posts of mine have made it through.
i hope these issues get fixed bc i really want to support this idea 🙏
Exactly what I’m looking for
As an artist, ai in social media has been a big issue lately. Cara offers a safe place where I can post my work where it won’t be stolen to train an ai database.
It’s in early development as I’m writing this review so there are some wacky server moments, but other than that, the app is designed beautifully and the algorithm is great at getting your artwork noticed.
I highly recommend Cara to any artist or art lovers.
