I didn’t like working out before, but with Cara I forwarded to it. I enjoy her energy and her spirit. I thought that 15 minutes was not enough, but I was wrong. I create my workouts that catered to my needs. I do 2 or 3 workouts and at the end I’m sweating, energized and with a smile on my face.
I joined Cara Fitness, 1 January, so far, so good, one thing I really enjoy about. It is the five minute workout, I usually end up doing several of them at a time, but, if I am short on time, it’s nice to know that I can do something quick. being in the “mature group“, I have found these exercises to be just what I need, I like the feeling of knowing I did something, I like to think of myself already as in fairly good shape, but sometimes after my workout, my body tells me otherwise. really enjoying everything so far.
I am always searching for the next best thing! I have found it in the CARA FITNESS. A workout plan for every single day if you want. A menu plan for every very single day (365 meal plans) if you want to follow that. Uses weights, 15 min workouts and done or you can do more in the other sections of the app. Love
I have gone to gyms, done CrossFit, hired personal trainers, but this is the best thing I’ve done. Love Cara! She gives a short, powerful exercise routine that changes each day. She specifically targets areas that women need and want to improve. Definitely a bargain for the money! Love this app!!!!

Workouts are relatively short but effective and Cara’s knows just when to keep me moving. She keeps it light and fun!
This is easy to follow, very doable, and I feel so happy each day after I complete my workout and meditation.
I really enjoy Cara and her workouts. She’s entertaining and energetic and I really enjoy these. She makes it to where they are adjustable to your fitness level and I finished them and I feel strong and healthy and accomplished but not like I’ve overdone it or injured myself. I highly recommend.
