Awesome app for a newbie in keto / low carb land
I am 65 and since 2 years struggling with starting T2 diabetes. I want to get rid of metformin and if possible get my blood sugar back to normal through changes in diet and life style. This app helps me a lot. Not only because it is simple to use but also because it reminds me during the day to eat and to complete my log. I am convinced now of its value and will go the premium version.
Great support
Really a great support to help keep in the lines of what is recommended to lose weight. Lost 3 kilos in 1 month 5 kilos more and then I reach my target Planning to keep the good Habits

Bon mais bug traduction
Bien mais depuis la dernière mise à jour, la traduction des aliments ne fonctionne pas ! On peut changer de langue mais il y a un bug. Si non c'est super utile quand tu suis le régime Atkins
