Used for 10 days and loving it. Bar code scanner . Recipes with images ( step by step ) . Takes the guesswork work out of meal plans . I paid for the app and I think at less then $10 a month, ( I signed up quarter billing ) , a good investment to weight loss ! Never a person who measure macro . This is Good for keto. I am new to keto and in early Forties.
I’ve used so many Macros management apps in the past three years, and I have yet to come across an app (that doesn’t charge you so much money for premium version) that covers such a wide spectrum such as this app. I just enjoy using it every day.
Such easy app to use to track your day to day intake! Endless amount of recipes to choose from. Thank you!

A good app to use when doing a detailed diet plan, like Low-Cab High-Fat diet. I didn’t upgrade for the premium coz i would like to try it first but when I use it I found it was great app.
Easy to use with auto calculation of how much carbs one consume. Thumbs up
