Great app. Only negative would be that it always looks like there is a notification and it can’t be cleared.

Updated: for the love of programming, fix your *bleep*ing code. Princesses and the Dragon is beyond broke. Your private match creation is now beyond broken. Why can’t you fix your *bleep* you incompetent fools? I’ve already boycotted everything Asmodee. What else do I need to do to get your attention? The CodeMonkey version never crashed like this and never had login issues. Two years and no updates to fix either issue. Asmodee only cares about profit. Not the players of their games. I’ll never buy an Asmodee board game or software again.

I want to like this game. It plays well enough for an older app, and is good for squeezing a game in on the go. There have been too many time, though, where a road doesn’t get scored or a city bugs out and attributes points to the wrong player. It’s not playable knowing these bugs exist.

Have not been able to complete a game invite for over a month now so game is useless. The app support for this app on apple App Store, now just links to a page wanting you to sign up for a newsletter, guess there is no support for this now :(

Whoever owns this app needs to sell it. Someone more worthy should be running this intellectual property. App is buggy, has never had any updates in the 4 years I’ve owned it, and basic features like chat or multitasking have been broken from the start. But gameplay worked, so that was fine. In the last few months it’s now gotten to where you can’t start games at all. I tried 50+ times tonight and couldn’t get a game invite sent. Going to request a refund and delete.

This WAS one of the best and polished Carcassonne games out there. I would play the old version multiple times a day. This rendition is clunky, looks outdated, buggy and just ugly. Updated: Redownloaded it a few years later because of the lack of options. After playing my first online match, the game allowed my opponent to finish a monastery even when a tile was dead due to me blocking it. Again, this version is an insult to the game and needs to be trashed or bought out and fixed.

I was hesitant to purchase this game after reading comments that you cannot play with your friends easily and that it was confusing to navigate through the game, but I disagree. My wife and I are extremely busy people, so I was thrilled when I found that I could set up a game that gives you 15 days to play (total time to get all pieces out), and that it does notify you when it’s your turn. For the first two games, I admit that it was difficult to get all the controls down, but now that I have them down, it’s perfect because it gives you every option possible, which of course results in more navigation problems. I highly recommend this purchase!

I don’t see why people are leaving bad reviews. this game is easy to navigate through and everything is simply explained. even more so if you have common sense. I have no complaints and I even got my friends to get it bc they thought the same

Keep trying this one and it’s just never had the support it needs to actually work consistently. Multiplayer games get game crashing bugs about 60-80% of the time. This is extra annoying given that the older version that came out years ago was a near perfect implementation. I only own this to try to play with friends who didn’t get the old Carcassonne in time. If you have the old one just redownload that. I still play the old version with my partner weekly and it still works great even on new devices more than a decade later.
