I loved Cardiogram and used it alongside my Fitbit for a couple of years to help manage PoTS. They WERE great on the one occasion there was an issue. Upon switching to a Garmin watch two months ago it stopped tracking the heart rate accurately. I emailed asking for help and did receive some replies saying they would look into it for me. Everything was polite, I have no idea why they stopped responding but they suddenly stopped replying a month ago. I had stopped paying temporarily and emailed to say I hoped they could help work it out as I wanted to subscribe again, I just didn’t want to pay another month while it wasn’t working properly. In their last email to me I was offered the app for free while they investigated. My reply was saying that would be great thank you. This never happened though and they have now completely ghosted me. I believe what I now have is the free version which doesn’t give me all the features I used before. The high and low heart rate alerts are greatly missed and I’m struggling to manage fainting episodes without them. I reached out in the Facebook group to ask if anyone knew what the problem was with customer support and I was ignored there by admins too. I’ve since been removed from the group! I was always polite and patient in emails, I have no idea why they chose not to engage with me anymore. I’d love to have this app back, I really miss it. I just can’t justify paying for it when it’s not tracking my heart rate accurately - although it’s still more accurate than Garmin alone so if they’ve actually come back to me and said they can’t fix it I’d probably have stayed! Cannot recommend though as they don’t help with problems that arise and don’t communicate. Clearly they’re trying to cover something up. There was no need, I’d have been understanding!
So I have been using this app and it's great - however, I started using the migraine aspect of the application and ran into an issue that I contact customer service for - still waiting for a response. So based on the poor customer service I'll not be using this going forward.
On a weekly/daily basis my health report goes from 4.9 to 2.7 but yet my hr etc all stay the same, uninstalling
I’ve been using the app a while and subscribed but the recent change of colour to blue instead of red etc. is annoying. Bad idea
I use this app daily and find it a good indicator for my heart health. But the recent changes to the colour scheme are awful. Please either change it back, or at least let us have an option in settings to change between colour schemes so we have a choice.
New colours are Jank! Revert to original ASAP
Report doesn’t work and I really can’t be bothered to email about it. Not going to subscribe after free period
The heart rate tracking is very accurate. The heart rate graphs are far more detailed than the Apple health app ones. The heart rate tracking is on par with the Garmin connect app. HOWEVER, THE APP NEEDS A DARK MODE SETTING. The glaring white background is unbearably bright.
Cardiogram doesn’t work and I get a salesforce/Heroku screen instead and can’t get out of it!! Has to delete the App & tried to re-install so V now most all my data too!! Not working and a real disappointment… What is going on??
