Issues with payment getaway and issue reporting to the customer support Cargills
I’ve been using the Cargills Online app frequently for nearly 1.5 years, and it has been really helpful, especially with its integration of customer service and delivery. However, recent experiences have been quite disappointing. In my last order, two products were missing, and despite submitting three complaints through the app and sending one email, I haven’t received any response. This isn’t the first time—my previous order also had missing items, and I only received a refund after a few follow-ups. It’s now been almost a month with no reply from customer care regarding my latest issue. Very disappointed, and I won’t be placing any more orders through this app.
