Frustrating
App is not working properly, today I didn’t saw any bike at all and was kind of depending on it (we usually have 3 bikes in our neighborhood). The other day the app crashed configuring payments and the account was broken afterwards…
Gut, wenn es läuft
Fahrradcomputer ist während der Fahrt ausgefallen, und brauchte deshalb Support um das Fahrrad zurückzugeben
Rechnungsadresse eingeben funktioniert nicht
In der App ist es nicht möglich, seine Rechnungsadresse einzugeben und zu speichern. Dadurch ist die ganze Sache komplett nutzlos. iPhone XS. iOS. 17.6.1

Nicht nutzbar, da man Adresse nicht eingeben kann
Leider ist die App für uns nicht nutzbar, da es nicht möglich ist, eine Adresse einzugeben, somit die Zahlungsinformationen nicht angegeben werden können und dadurch Buchungen nicht möglich sind. Sehr frustrierend!

Beste Bike Share App. Räder funktionieren klasse, der Support ist schnell und zuverlässig. Räder müssen immer zu bestimmten Orten zurückgestellt werden, diese Orte gibt es aber an jeder Ecke und stellt kein Problem da. Das beste ist, wie günstig die einfach sind. Top Qualität, elektrisch, viel Platz und das für ein paar Euros die Stunde. Ganz klar Preis - Leistungssieger aus Berlin!!
