Not functioning locks, rip off
These bikes are semi dysfunctional. Lock system doesn’t work half the time while support and the company totally gave up on their clientele. Ridiculous company. Go out of business faster.

Terribly buggy
Had to restart registration 3 times, and even then many steps had to be done multiple times. Many smart features just don’t work, signup gets stuck all the time. The bikes are nice, but registration is a disaster.
Fantastisch concept maar app is rampzalig
Initieel grote fan van Cargoroo. Jammer genoeg van korte duur. Ik gebruik de fietsen heel regelmatig maar de app hapert jammer genoeg bijna altijd. Ofwel gaat het slot niet meer open, ofwel kan je de fiets niet op slot doen… en dit is geen 5 min. storing, nee dit duurt vaak uren. Dan wil je telefonisch contact opnemen maar dit kan niet wat de app blijft hangen. Dan maar naar de website, telefoonnummer daar is niet in dienst. Na lang zoeken het nummer gevonden, krijg je te horen dat er niemand beschikbaar is en enkele standaard tips bij problemen, waar je helemaal niets aan hebt. Dit is mij niet 1 keer overkomen, maar al zo’n 10 keer ondertussen. Dan hoop je dat ze er alles aan doen om de app op punt te zetten zodat dit niet meer gebeurt, want ik ben lang niet de enige lees ik hier. Maar niets is minder waar… er verandert niet. De app blijft verschrikkelijk en de problemen blijven aanhouden. Als je dan toch eens iemand aan de lijn krijgt dan doen ze eens 15 min. tijd van je boeking ter compensatie… maar het probleem zelf wordt niet opgelost. Heel jammer, een bakfiets op elke hoek van de straat, maar wat ben je ermee als het hele systeem keer op keer faalt.
Good concept but app doesn’t work half of the time
I consider myself a frequent user due to the proximity of the bikes to my residence in Leuven and the quality of the bikes. Unfortunately, the app isn’t stable enough to make Cargoroo a reliable source of transport. At least half of the time I find myself unable to end my rental session, all bike locations would disappear making it impossible to rent a bike etc. The app is riddled with bugs — it would have been a 5 star review otherwise.
Never managed to install
I had multiple issue « need to validate age » pop up but when trying to go on profile and age there was an error message Concept is nice but the app need a serious improvement

Al de hele dag probeer ik een email te ontvangen om mij te verifiëren! Crap is deze werking! Als het niet klaar is, zet het dan niet op de markt.
Extremely disappointing signup process
After several steps and verifying my identity several times, it neither makes my account nor allows me to sign up again using the same email ID. The signup process is an absolute waste of time especially when in a hurry.
Great for moving!
I desperately needed a container to move my stuff to a building which is only 2 blocks away. Then my friend recommended this app, that’s when I saw the pick up point is just 150m away. The process from renting, unlocking, parking, until parking it again went sooo smoothly. I couldn’t believe such convenience exists. Love this app and thank you so much!
Heel leuk en gebruiksvriendelijk!
Net de Cargoroo bakfiets voor de eerste keer gebruikt. Alles is vlot verlopen en de kinderen vonden het de max. Je kan de fietsen na het downloaden van de app wel niet meteen gebruiken. Je wordt opgebeld door Cargoroo om je account te activeren, eens dat gebeurd is, gaat alles heel vlot. Wat nog leuk zou zijn, is dat je een overzicht van je ritten kan bekijken in de app.
Not install and go like advertised
It's a beautiful sunny Sunday, just downloaded the app, signed up and here I stand next to the Cargoroo with my 2yo toddler and I can't immediately reserve a bike. Disappointed! :((((( False advertising
