When I use the app I always have to reset the filters. When I use it online it keeps the filters.

Hi, I use your app all the time, and I like how I can save features and specifics that I am looking for, and the app will email me if there’s a car available within my parameters. Great way to find a car!!!

New layout is not usable. Can’t search by transmission only. The app looks nothing like the pictures in the preview. Maybe I don’t know what make or what body style I want yet. I’m done with this app. I have to help my Mom find a car and I will 100% not be using car gurus. Hello cars.com/autotrader/truecar/edmunds. Bye Felicia

You used to have a selection of boxes to pick from to sort the cars you’re looking for on the left side of the screen, it’s not as intuitive as it once was. I’m really getting tired of these and your face changes. You guys keep coming down the pipe, it also breaks itself when you’re sorting and adding filters to things because certain options are mentioned elsewhere in the advertisement for the vehicle. Your search engine doesn’t pick up on that effect, so it makes it difficult to find what people are looking for.
