Unable to create account

Forgot the login pin and retry to send OTP to my Singapore number, but unable to receive, please help

Didn’t receive new Login pin

Dear customer service, I forget my login pin for sign in. I clicked on “Forget Pin” but didn’t receive new 6-digit pin sent to my Singapore number. Please help to resolve this issue. Thanks.

App does not work after registering. What’s the point of having an app when you don’t do it properly? What a waste of time

App does not work after I registered.

Updated app can’t receive OTP

After updating, I was logged out. Tried logging in numerous times but can’t receive OTP. Keep pressing resend still no OTP. Download app in another phone but still same problem. I am using a Singapore mobile number. Support team please rectify problem.
