Glitches constantly and we have to call customer support too often.

I went through the inspection process 3 times and it reset and I lost all pics and notes each time. I was never able to submit the inspection report at pick up.

I’ve installed this app several times and it keep stating I’m using the old app

after pickup the load delivers itself automatically and creates Billing issues and delays, this is just the newest problem from this terrible app

They should bring back the same as pick up for the inventory as it never changes I can understand taking the second set of pictures or even just a mileage but all the other stuff is a waste of time because you did it on the pick up

I love it I most definitely like the cars that you can bid on they should make all the cars be able to be bid on

I can’t get anyone to ever answer the phone. When I do the support is not helpful and it always like I have to figure my problem out on my own. What are the hours of operation? Also the app has an email button but doesn’t have an email address to send to. All it does is put your personal info on the page as if I was going to send my info to someone. Why would I send my personal info to anyone? This is very frustrating when we have drivers out of town with incorrect addresses and no point of contact.

App doesn’t scan every vin, should always ask for pic of vin. If your doing a 9 car load it’s a pain because you have to write down the t o s you can’t scan a car and have it be one of the nine you have to know which order your attempting which in a snowy dark Parkin lot at 7 pm is a bit hard.

Getting better. Glad I don’t have to call for BOL’s now. But Would like to know if it’s a repo without calling ahead first or accepting load first. Also because some repo companies only open certain days. Had one that only lets you pickup one day a week.
