Casechek helps implant vendors coordinate support with hospitals and adds visibility over inventory Our streamlined case coordination and loaner tray tracking system, ensuring that trays are ready for surgery.

The Casechek Tray App enables vendors to manage their case schedule, hospital support requests, and loaner inventory all in one place.

Getting Started as a Vendor

Only vendors working at Casechek client hospitals will be able to utilize this mobile app. If you are working with a Casechek client hospital, please contact your facility’s case coordinator for more details.

Register and Confirm Account

When you first enter the Tray App, click on the option to Sign Up. Provide some details, register under a vendor company, and complete sign-up. Check your email to confirm your account before you can login and start receiving case requests.

Add Hospitals

For hospitals you support, search the name of the facility by clicking the H button in the upper-right corner before you start receiving case requests. For more instructions, view the More tab in the app.

App constantly crashes You can’t edit trays You can’t add info on trays you would like to add If you have too many trays for one case app crashes I’d rather right it out by hand. App NEEDS severe update.

Issues: cannot login it just loads and days login over and over again. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Next I tried calling customer suppport, it says press “1”, “2” or “3” for support. All three do not function and the message plays on repeat. Please address your issues, people lose surgeries over this.

Why it so hard to make a user friendly app? Calendar doesn’t work. Constantly logs you out. Simple fixes that they refuse to improve

The log-in was supposed to be fixed with the new app, but it wasn’t. Kicks you out every time you leave the app so you need to log in multiple times per day. The calendar doesn’t work correctly either. Very frustrating app!!

The app logs you out after being idle for only a few minutes. To log in you need to use Face ID twice to input your email and password. This becomes very annoying for anyone who has to use the app frequently to manage their deliveries and check for add-on cases. There is also a bug when viewing the schedule. If you click a any future date to check cases for that day the app automatically switches back to todays cases. Sometimes the only way to view cases in the future is to scroll through each day until you get to the day you want. Not very convenient when you have dozens of cases to scroll through before you get to what you want.

Update 1.9.4 not working

Just updated to version 1.9.4 which was supposed to fix login issues and I’m greeted with a blank screen when clicking log in. Doesn’t work. Restarted my phone, reinstalled app and I can’t get this to work on my iPhone pro 14.

Vendors be warned!

Nightmare of a supply chain solution. Creates more work for everyone involved. Hard working people in SPD, Billing, Scheduling, and OR will waste days of time “tracking” sets and that’s strictly speaking for scheduled cases. If it’s a add on, just forget about it your sets and PO. Someone end this madness!

Relying on the individual vendors own equipment (smart phones) in order to make the system work is a huge miss. The system is not stand alone like Surgio, where you don’t need to have a working phone to check in trays. A lot of times, vendors are checking in trays at the end of a long day and may have dead phones. Relying on this variable comes off as cheap and half baked. It also takes up space on vendors phones, potentially causing them to need to spend their own money to upgrade. The assumption that vendors will carry the burden of making this ecosystem work is presumptive and, frankly, rude.
