Used to play this several times a day for fun. Now again even used to buy some of the deals. However I now deleting the game. Brought a package, the 2 for 1 deal for $2.99 got charged for it & then came up saying error. (Payment came out). Restarted phone, the package I brought was not there & it gave me the option to buy it again at $8.99. Why would I pay for something a 2nd time & dearer, when I NEVER got the package I bought in the 1st time.

Reported 36 hours ago there was an issue with this game sent screen shots nothings been done lost coins as game freezes when binoculars appear on first reels; not on this device I reported on my iPhone device it’s still has a problem

Been playing for months now. Very fun game but have found you can’t rely on the customer service to resolve any issues or bugs. The new dice mini game that’s meant to give you free coins has a bug that is instead subtracting the funds I win instead of adding. Sent CS a message about this a week ago and still haven’t heard anything. Had an issue with the game freezing during free spins but never received a reply about that either. Was fun while it lasted.
