Glitch!!
So paid the initial £99.99 for coins but the app glitches. It goes straight to the 3 super wheels and you do not get your initial coins for your first payment and you also do not get a ‘click and collect tick’. Therefore you are paying twice the amount to just have a go on the super wheels. I have tried to go on develop’s website but that it just a screen with a panda on and no link or portal to report an issue. There is also a glitch with the game in general as you make a purchase and the game loses connection so you end up paying twice to buy the same coins again. I go through Apple to refund due to ‘in app purchase not received’ but they will at times not issue a refund and won’t say why. I think Apple and this company are definitely richer from glitches like this whereby the end user is robbed of his money! If I could give it no stars then I would but one star is what I am forced to give! Update - I have had several problems on various games played and messaged the developer on 15th April 2024, nut no response so I have messaged every other day since then and still no response. They have taken money but the connection gets lost before coins are added to the account and when going through Apple’s refund portal, they refuse to give a refund! Absolutely terrible customer service! Answer your messages!!!!
