Can‘t add any devices anymore, out of three devices that I sucessfully installed and had connected about 7 months ago, only the scooper luxury pro is still properly connected. The feeder sends signals, but when in app shows as „running offline“ reconnecting doesn‘t work. The fountain stopped working entirely, is only running offline. My wifi signal has not changed since I first installed and connected them, so it must be to do with the app itself. It‘s a mess! Not working as it should anymore, and I‘m slowly contemplating to trash them and switching brands. Unbelievable for the cost!!!!!

the app is basically good, nice design and fucntionality. PLEASE add the possibility that the notifications like trashbox is full will also be published via notifications on iOS, otherwise the messages inside the app are quiet useless. please also consider removing the ads when you start the app, its quiet annoying ;) the scooper is AMAZING btw!

In the beginning this app worked perfectly. However, after the update I always get logged out after 1 minute and my device has been deleted from my account. I’m no longer able to set up the automatic litter device to the app which means I can’t see any information regarding my cats, litter amount needed or when it’s full. This is such a downside as one of the reasons I purchased the automatic toilet was to be able to control it from my phone whenever I’m at work and to see any health concerns in the cats. The app is now pointless.

Thanks China, another piece of crap produced by your country. The app is horrible. Never works, asks me to reconnect device over and over. Useless. The water fountain works great but this app is garbage.

That does everything you’ve promised, WITHOUT COLLECTING MY PERSONAL DATA. This is a glorified cat box, let’s be clear. My personal data should be of NO CONCERN to you or in how the unit actually works. ~ Please fix this issue accordingly. Stop using the app to track. *

Requires you to receive a SMS code to even sign up, but has not send the SMS code yet. Have tried over 20 times.

The actual cat litter robot works well but the app is truly horrible for the following reasons: 1) poorly translated English in the app, often does not make sense 2) need to login every single time 3) I have to constantly delete and reinstall app for my linked product to show up - most times upon login there is nothing showing The app alone makes me regret the purchase and as I said, the actually litter robot works well but the whole point is to be able to manage this through an app and see status updates, etc.

I have to constantly re install the app. The litter box keeps disconnecting and it’s just not working. After spending $700 on a litter box that requires an app I assumed the app would work better. It also hasn’t worked in automatic mode either. Tired of having to delete and reinstall the app to get anything to work
