The App is rubbish, poor design and very slow, keeps defaulting back the Chinese would not have bought it if I’d know

The Machine itself is amazing but the app is horrible and definitely needs updating for the prices being payed for machines ect the least you could expect was a great app to follow.

5 stars! Super easy to connect, my wifi is not in the same room and it connected with ease. This product will hopefully make a big difference in my life!

I really regret that I didn’t read any comments here before I bought the product It asked for phone number and Instructions are difficult to follow

I’m very tech savvy. The stupid app couldn’t find the device on Bluetooth scan and doesn’t recognise wifi 2.4GHz. Cheap Chinese rubbish. It asks for a phone number too! Why?!!

Avoid to buy any CatLink products at all cost! Unfinished app and always showing errors. Poor English translation and very hard to use.

How stupid can this app be? Can you guys at least test it before releasing? This is an unfinished product.

Remove the need for a phone number! There is no need for a cat litter box to have my phone number!!

The app and litter box wouldn’t link to the wifi despite sitting next to the router. Poorly designed app which doesn’t provide ease of access. Doesn’t live up to the potential of the cat link litter box

Please get someone with basic English knowledge to translate notifications. Current notifications doesn’t make any sense at all.
