Description

Caveman Feast for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch contains 250 delicious Paleo recipes that are beautifully illustrated and easy to follow.
There's nothing really revolutionary about the Paleo diet. It's what our grandma's have been telling us for years: "Eat real foods that are healthy, avoid highly processed factory foods and you'll feel better and live happier".
Whether you call it Paleo, real food, low carb, low sugar, grain-free, gluten-free ancestral, nutrient-dense, primal or whole food - the important thing is that the Paleo diet is a healthier way of eating. The list of benefits people have reported is enormous:
● Weight loss ● More energy that doesn't vary wildly throughout the day ● Improved sleep ● Clearer skin ● Better digestion ● Improved fitness ● Reduced allergies. The list goes on but it's better to try it for yourself.
The 250 Paleo recipes included will help satisfy your cravings for delicious, healthy food. Inside Caveman Feast you'll find healthy breakfasts, filling main meals, tasty desserts, side dishes and snacks.
Recipes include:
● Perfect paleo burger
● Paleo french toast

The quick and easy to follow recipes are by New York Times bestselling author George Bryant of civilizedcavemancooking.com. After decades in a constant battle with his weight and nearly losing both his legs while on deployment as a U.S. Marine, George decided to change his life. He went Paleo. What started as a simple website to share recipes with friends, has since grown into an award-winning food blog. After being in the Marines for 12 years, George now enjoys creating delicious Paleo recipes full-time, hoping to change as many lives as he can with real food recipes.
George works in collaboration with Abel James from the chart topping podcast "The Fat-Burning Man show" where he covers the Paleo lifestyle. Abel has been featured in Men's Health, Popular Science and Wired Magazine. You'll find exclusive content from Abel inside the app.

awesome

Worth all your dollars

This app has opened me up to a lot of new dishes I’ve never made before. I like it because it provides diversity in my dishes instead of 1 Million ways to cook chicken. Really easy way to impress your girlfriend or S/O pick this app up and cook her one of the dishes and a desert from this incredible menu! One thing that would make this app perfect is if it provided macros as well. Us cavemen have to have something to help us learn our math.

Rip off

So I paid a one time fee for the app before downloading it. Cool Then the app tells me in order to unlock the rest of the recipes I have to pay again Ehh, But I did it NOW the app is telling me I have to pay a monthly fee to use the meal planning feature 3rd strike Whoever said this app “Nickle and dimes” you was 100% correct Not worth it, the recipes are average too (in my opinion) But to be fair I do like the layout of the app, and how intuitive and convenient the shopping feature list is

This is not a tracker

I thought I was buying a tracker, where I could input what I am eating with guidance to eat the paleo way. Instead it’s just a bunch of recipes predetermined for you unless you want to pay AGAIN! I’m disappointed for sure.

Great recipe selection, terrible at taking more money.

The first iteration of this was great give you some really good recipes and all of them are easy to make. as this App has evolved though they're starting to nickel and dime you until you don't want to use it anymore.

Excellent

Excellent!!! The best thing about this app is it doesn't call for "weird" ingredients. Everything is already in my kitchen. 2 Thumbs up!

Pretty Pictures, But...

NoBite on

United States

This collection of recipes is decent. The pictures are exceptional and I like that you can very easily change the number of servings you want and the shopping list immediately changes. BUT, there is still no easy way to print a recipe from this app!! Apparently, this is not a priority for the designers. The best work around that I've found is to email yourself a recipe and print the email. Tedious and not up to par with other similar apps.
