Every time i deal with CBHS related to my claims its just really bad. Whatever is written on their website isn’t accurate when its time to get a claim. Sent a claim and it says on the website that I have been paid when they sent the claim amount to the hospital.. Why would they send it to the hospital when I had to pay the hospital directly with a proof of invoice?! So stupid and did not even bother to update me via email. I only knew when I called and followed up.

When I try to start the app it says “no internet connection” even though I have internet

This insurance company is not really helpful. NONE OF MY HOSPITAL BILLS WERE BY THIS INSURANCE EVEN MY PRESCRIBED MEDICINES. ALL THEY DO IS TO MAKE EXCUSES BUT THEY DONT HAVE TRANSPARENCY IN THEIR POLICY GUIDE. YOU NEED TO CLOSE DOWN, YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY IS USELESS

Its not working properly… unable to upload the picture of claim…. You need to work on it .

They emailed me to download an app to not wait for the claims! This is not the correct way morally, and irrespective of customer service. “We are experiencing a high volume of enquiries, and this is causing unfortunate delays. Earlier this month we launched our new App to provide members the ability to submit claims electronically”
