terrible experience with this bank's service. If you want to offer promotions, you need to plan them properly; this isn't a small organization. The first week, the offer was "buy anytime," which sounded great, but then the next week, the hours were limited to 11 AM to 2 PM. This is ridiculous! Most people are working during those hours, so how are they supposed to take advantage of the offer? It feels like nothing more than a marketing strategy to fool customers. This is not fair and shows a lack of consideration for your clients. Feel free to adjust any part to better match your feelings!

New App is so much complicated. I logged in with paycard now i am trying to to login with account and it’s too much difficult.

CBQ app is completely wait of time. The new version is not opening and have to uninstall and reinstall it again and again. The service of the cbq is slow and not help as my remittance amount from USA is still nowhere in my account despite it was deposited 3 weeks back. Neither the customer service agents know how to trace. What a bad experience I am having with CBQ.

Big problem, on clicking log out, app crashed and on next login it shows you are still logged in - this is a major problem that needs to be solved and i strongly recommend not using the app but using it online on the website. Developers should fix this ASAP

In beneficiary details Pakistan is not in list of transfer.
