International Bank Transfer is excellent service, easy to setup, smooth transaction, quick receiving.
Reliable and easy to use
I have used many banking apps and this is definitely one of the best. I have never had any problems logging in. Easy on the eye and Good colour scheme. Plenty of useful information and great for money transfer. Highly recommend to all cbq users.
Really Bad
Doesnt allow you to press the box to enter details for QID so can’t update the profile, if it does let you scan the QID it will say that the passport number on the QID and your passport do not match (when in fact they do)

Fails to open and old version prevents you using it
Update needed
The new update doesn’t work properly it’s awful. You log in and before you can do anything the page keeps buffering. I operate the updated version of my phones settings and the updated CBQ app. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it and same issue. The main page opens you click on something and all it does is keeps refreshing. Glitches need to be fixed as it’s impossible to receive service in person at the bank.
Should have tested the app properly before launching
Both the mobile app and online banking has become super slow. Before the update this was one of the best mobile banking apps.
