I have an iPhone 10XS Max, and last years iPad Pro. Thermometer will not connect to Bluetooth. I don’t think there’s any way to update it unless it would do it through the phone, which if it won’t connect in the first place, it’s a catch 22 situation. Too bad, you can still make a log of the readings using an old technology. Blue finger, yellow pencil & and a piece of paper.

Laaame. I tried everything for over an hour before coming here to see these reviews only to realize I am in the same boat with all of these other frustrated users. The thermometer will not connect via Bluetooth. I can get it to take my temp and that’s it. The recall works. But this app is the worst I’ve ever seen.. absolutely unusable. #letdown #20buckswasted

I have tried everything. I have an apple iPhone 7. Thermometer works fine but I could have gotten one a lot cheaper. Will be returning it tomorrow.

Thermometer doesn’t connect. Tried to enter temperature manually and it rounds to the whole number! So not only is the app frustrating it doesn’t actually save information I type in, which seems absurd to even be saying that about an app.

I just dl and install. Everything is so easy and only spend 5 mins. Everything works the way it should be. Nice App!!!

I mean, it still didn't sync anything, but it connected. The app is a bust. May as well go with a cheaper thermometer without the Bluetooth because this app is pretty much worthless. At least the thermometer itself appears to give accurate readings.

Very useful. Looks odd but once you get used to the interface its very helpful.

Really happy with how easy it is to use.

It's easy to setup and get start. The app helps my day to day health tracking. There are also many nice features in there, love it.

Not sure why it's not working for others. Once I figured it out it was very easy to use and works well. I will say, the app works well, but I'm not sure the thermometer reads correctly, as it is almost a full degree lower than others.
