My cdg zig v.5.1 Can release v5.2.0 for me

Even with this new feature can’t prevent autobid . Third party is also to bid advance job by ID provided by user .

This app have a lot of bug to begin with. After having so many feedback still the same. I won’t refresh after jobs done, need to key in the amount and keep popping not tally that is a useless features add another task for driver to do. Constantly hang and GPS not accurate most of the time.

I can’t bid for my advance job with my iPhone and Samsung, since the upgrade and migration from the removal of old yellow advance job bid apps. The new zig apps can ONLY show me the jobs, but can’t bid for them. Very unstable apps. Poor IT performance. Can I claim my downtime due to the app’s bug?

Can’t use other functions because advance booking pop up way too early and worst it does not allow me to access other functions and even in coming call cannot be seen nor accepted. Same thing with current job, can’t access any other functions. Also the advance booking filtering function is not useful. Better if we are allowed to filter out those we don’t want to see rather than the opposite. Because there is no cross day filtering.

After update and integrated the advanced Jobs, Jobs completed cannot be reset, always hang there.

Worst app ever !! Given a choice I would rather discard the app ! Nothing runs smoothly for 3 months. Something sure happens.

Most lousy app amount the few drivers apps. Sack the whole IT team creating this app.

Pls don’t allow the riders to cancel once a job is assigned, or at least charge them with a cancellation charge! Drivers almost reached the pickup point and riders cancel the job. Waste drivers” time all the way there and they anyhow cancel the job. Very bad!!

IT Dept really needs to revamp & change for the better, useless app programeer’s.
