Urgent Care Save My Spot
With Save My Spot, simply choose the location and time you want to come to an urgent care. Saving your spot in line helps minimize your wait time upon arrival. If the Save My Spot times are taken for the day, you can still walk in and be seen during business hours.
(Note: Please be aware that clinical needs are evaluated on a walk-in basis, so your reserved spot in line may change depending on the urgent medical severity of others. Wait times listed online are estimates and subject to change.)
Apple Health Connectivity
Using your My CS-Link account, you can download your medical record to Apple Health and take it with you wherever you go. When you connect your My CS-Link account to Apple Health, you can add information to your medical record like steps, blood pleasure, glucose levels and BMI.
Walking Directions
Getting around the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center just got easier. Our new Walking Directions feature allows you to get turn-by-turn directions to nearly 400 points of interest. You can also mark your parking spot.
Schedule an Appointment
Our updated appointment scheduling just got easier. With My CS-Link, you can schedule an appointment with a provider you’ve seen before.

Glitch doesn’t work
It keeps saying unexpected error signal 6 raised. What the heck?! It’s been a week of this. Someone fix this glitch already.
Doesn’t work
I keep trying to log in and every time I do, it says unexpected error, the app will close. Signal 6 was raised. Null. Can never get on. But the site is ok to use.

Wonderful!
As a long time Cedars patient it’s wonderful to be able to access notes/after visits summaries from the physicians on my care team, upcoming appointments/visits(including e check in), prescriptions(including some refill requests), test/imaging results, your upcoming preventative care checklist -(at Cedars it is patient centered care-this just exemplifies not only the quality of care but also the compassion, understanding..and all of the doctors do work together as a team this network both for them and for patients allows your updated information to be accessible to them and to you) it’s very user friendly (both the site and app) you can also send a message to your physician, access billing, history. You can also make an appointment if you need urgent care and access teleheath. Definitely recommend!
Still clunky
This app is helpful at times but can be terrible frustrating. I simply want to send a message to a member of my care team, but the app does not allow me to choose anyone but the default primary care doctor. Oh well, I get to make a call and talk to a human. Not that bad!
Notes and labs not loading
MyCS link support says phone hospital receptionist for help. Receptionist says call doctor for support. Who’s on first?!?
Useless
I need to find a past bill to submit to my HSA. There is no way to do this and the have called many times, get put on hold and they never send it. I hate Cedars
