$29.99 for an app I can’t open

I usually don’t leave reviews, especially bad reviews. However, I decided to in this instance because I don’t like paying money for something I can’t use. When I first downloaded the app I thought it was going to be great. I decided to pay $29.99 for the “lifetime” version because I wanted to be able to add as many timers as I need to. After paying for the app. I added one or two timers and it crashed. After that initial crash, I was unable to open the app at all. I would like a refund of my money if you are one of the developers and are reading this review

Добрый день. Если трекеров много, нижний трекер уходит за границу экрана и на него не получается нажать. Могу отправить скриншот, если подскажете куда. Также очень нехватает запуска одновременно нескольких трекеров. Я могу гулять и учиться. Есть и работать. И тд. В остальном кайф приложение

Некорректная работа у приложения

В начале года была куплена премиум подписка на год, в данных Apple ID эта подписка имеется, в приложении пропала, при попытке выйти-зайти в аккаунт исчезли все данные, после повторного входа в аккаунт ничего не появилось, как будто новый аккаунт. Написал в техподдержку, пока ответа нет.
